Getting In Too Deep

I'd like to thank everyone for the End of the Year donations.  It really helped, now I am looking at getting some additional hardware to tinker with. As well as getting some newer i5, and i7 systems that have been failing.  For some that had thought I was making it rich with the blog (HA HA HA HA), but your levity is warming.  Biggest donations : $19.57  Smallest donation : $00.01 Most recent   $00.16   (not sure what that would be in EURO's but thanks) Again, I wish all the readers a Happy New Year, and maybe every country can get along, after all no one is leaving the planet too soon, if they do, they usually have to come back.

Doing a number of things got me away from blogging and posting repairs So I'd like to take this opportunity to show something different. I had gotten an HTC Flyer Tablet in a lot with items that I bought, and it was a nice tablet, but it would not charge! So I first rigged a microUSB port on the top of it to charge the unit.  But with that configuration the cover would not fit. So I searched for the exact replacement, and they are scarce. Very Scarce.  Plus you cannot find them on another tablet because 90% of them have the same problem. Before and After microUSB mounts Problem-  Dead Tablet, No Power will not charge, will not turn on. Cause - The pin if broken in the microExt USB port. Reason - Failure Problem 1 -The amount of current that the tablet draws overheats the plastic inside the contact because of  how hot the contact gets. Since a number of requests have been made, and considering others that may not be fortunate enough to obtain the videos.  I have dropped the price.  I cannot say how long they will be reduced, but you may wish to take this opportunity. Several projects are in the works -   Book based training Write a technical manual that covers repairs as well a principles and typical problems. By model    Classroom based training. 2 -Facilities available- Chicago, IL area, and Charlotte, NC area This avails the opportunity for internationals wanting to attend. Major airports direct from Europe and some Asian countries. 30 seat classroom, projector, whiteboard and course materials.  Those attending the course will be given the standard tool set that I use, and will be trained using them. This is to make sure everyone in on the same page and not to need a tool, and don't have it. Traveling attendees should 'check in' items in their luggage.  TSA is not friendly...

Sorry but I have to work rather than monitor activity/ And because I will be rather busy with another project I may not be able to answer Technical Questions on laptops by email for a couple of weeks.  The old videos may be removed or by request only.
